If your company uses car hire and car rental companies a lot, but you tend to keep the vehicles for 28 days or more. It might be more beneficial to speak to our team about long term car hire options through our corporate car rental division.
We run a large fleet of vehicles, all in stock and ready to be deployed. They can be taken for a minimum term of 28 days with our best prices at 90 days or more.
Setting up an account is really easy via our Apply Online link, once a master hire agreement and direct debit is in place, we only require a drivers name and purchase order to organise cars.
Who do we work with?
We work with a number of suppliers up and down the UK who have cars already to go out, our main supplier has stocks of hundreds of cars from VW Polo’s right up to BMW X5’s, with lots of vehicles in between.
The majority of our vehicles include maintenance and tyre provision (not accidental damage/punctures) and can be delivered as soon as next working day when a credit line is in place.
Have a colleague coming in from overseas, we even offer an optional meet and greet service at all of the major airports in the United Kingdom including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham International.
Benefits to you and your business?
Your choice of car including make, model and trim. We take a 1, 2, 3 colour choice from you and you can even opt for manual or automatic. You don’t get a group of vehicle, if we say you will receive a BMW 3 Series, this is the car you will be signing for.
Return or swap the car with ease, all we ask for is 5 working days notice. You also only pay for the time you’ve had the car.
Our long term car hire options are also much cheaper than traditional daily rental companies, saving your business money!
