How do I rent a car for a few months if I’m Non-Status?

If you are non-status, we still might be able to help. Non-Status leasing is something we specialise in, we look at each application on a case by case basis, we look at many factors including affordability. Should you have adverse credit, CCJ’s or maybe even a bankrupt, give us a call and we will see how we can help you. If you are a new start business without credit history we may look for guarantee’s or even cross company guarantees. The majority of the applicants who apply for non-status leasing get through on standard terms, although alternative terms maybe offered depending on the outcome of the credit report our underwriters receive.

Short Term Car Leasing Ltd t/a Cocoon Vehicles Ltd (06113683) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (711074). We act as a credit broker not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders who may be able to offer you finance facilities for your purchase. We will only introduce you to these lenders. We may receive a commission payment from the finance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. You may be able to obtain finance for your purchase from other lenders and you are encouraged to seek alternative quotations. If you would like to know how we handle complaints, please ask for a copy of our complaints handling process.
