Taking Your Vehicle Abroad: You will not have permission to take your vehicle abroad without written notification from the vehicle supplier. Before taking your vehicle abroad you will require a VE103B On-Hire Certificate, this shows that the vehice is on-hire to yourself and you have permission to take the car abroad. You will also require to provide proof of fully comprehensive insurance whilst abroad and European Breakdown Assistance. You will not be able to take the car out of the UK for any longer than 30 days and all VE103B’s are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
