6 month short term van lease based on an initial payment of £549 followed by 5 monthly payments taken by Direct Debit. The initial payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, BACS or CHAPS. Monthly Direct Debit payments will commence approx. 1 month from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

This short-term van lease is a fixed contract and cannot be terminated early without penalties and cannot be extended without written permission before the end of the agreement.

The vehicle must be returned in good condition, any repairs must be carried out by a manufacturer approved bodyshop or supplier and guaranteed, this is available as an option. The return conditions of all short-term van leases are detailed within the contract and on our website: Return Standards. The vehicle must come back within the agreed contracted mileage and additional mileage will be charged as per the Excess Mileage charge on the agreement.

Charges and Admin fee’s will be applied to your account for Road Traffic Offences, Penalty Charge notices, Late Payment Fee’s and Bounced Direct Debits, all of which are listed within our agreements and on our website: Advice of Charges. Delivery is Free of Charge in England and Wales, additional delivery costs may be charged for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Return of the vehicle is free of charge back to our nominated depot. Collection is charged as per the contract. We no longer charge for initial payments taken by Credit, Debit or American Express cards.

Additional Details: Short Term Fixed Contract Hire vans from this supplier are generally brand new, pre-registered or nearly new, with no more than 1,000 miles on the odometer (unless originally informed).

Maintenance/Warranty: Short Term Fixed Van Contracts do not come with maintenance or tyre provision as standard and is optional, please ask a member of our short term sales team for a price. All vehicles do come with full manufacturers warranty and manufacturers roadside assistance. No courtesy car is supplied whilst the vehicle is at dealer.

Vehicles from this supplier have a maximum total mileage restriction of 2,000 miles per calendar month. If your mileage requirement is over this, we suggest you look at Short Term Van Subscriptions where we can offer up to 6,000 miles per calendar month. On this vehicle, insurance must be provided by the hirer and be covered Fully Comprehensive. Fleet policies are acceptable so long as the vehicle is registered on the AskMid Insurance Database and showing as insured.

We can now provide insurance on a small number of flexible cars, however, you may not be guaranteed a type of vehicle and will be specified as a vehicle group eg. Medium Car. When purchasing an insurance policy for your flexible vehicle, we recommend taking a 12 month policy, as these can work out much cheaper than a Short Term Insurance provider such as TempCover.
