We work with a wide range of leasing brokers and even dealerships up and down the UK, providing their customers with short term car leases, car subscriptions and flexi-rent contracts, who sell our contracts and in term receive a monthly commission.
The customer will always be yours! Even if the customer tries to come direct we will still pay commission. The only caveat is that the customer was not already down as one of our customers and its not tagged against another broker.
All of the paperwork is sent out in the name of our trading company Cocoon Vehicles, however it is your responsibility to keep in touch with the customer.
We pay monthly commissions based on a percentage of the rental, these are paid as soon as the payment clears from the end user. Our systems keep track of the commissions and all you need to do is send us an invoice.
If your customer has been declined for finance by a mainstream leasing funder, then we maybe able to help with a short term car lease. We use our own underwriters to credit check customers, the customer must be able to show affordability and stability with both employment and residential status.
Terms will differ from those advertised and the documentation fee’s are usually higher. Commission however, will remain the same.
The other thing we don’t want to do to the customer is put them into a difficult position, the terms that we may offer may require a higher non-refundable initial payment, guarantee and/or a refundable deposit. However, the monthly payments will always remain the same as our prime customers.
If the customer keeps their account in tip top shape and adheres to our traffic light system, then when it comes to renewal, we will renew the contract at standard customer rates.
We help a wide range of non-status customers including New Start Businesses, Expats, Overseas Visitors to the UK, those who have had adverse credit and those who are discharged bankrupts. We are also happy to accept customers with CCJ’s so long as we receive an explanation or details of a payment plan.
Whilst all of the paperwork goes out with Cocoon Vehicles logo’s and addresses on the customer always belongs to you. This is unless the customer is already on our books or one of our partners hasn’t already referred the customer to us.
Our system will always show the original broker and even if the customer comes direct to ourselves, we will still pay commission should they not want your involvement.
We do this as we want to keep the relationship between ourselves and the brokers professional at all times.
We have a number of brokers that want to offer their own short term car leases on their own paperwork. We work with a number of suppliers who allow this and therefore, we rent from ourselves to you.
We want to be clear on our practices and want to point out that this means that you are responsible for that vehicle, the insurance, rental and any fines or tickets that may come through.
Before we agree a relationship we will carry out due diligence and will require documents to be sent to our team to demonstrate compliance, insurance and credit worthiness.
Our team work alongside High Heel Creative Ltd in Derby, with this company we can offer a white label website solution to promote short term car leases and car subscriptions.
This website can sit alongside your existing website or under a new domain name. We also offer XML feeds to work with your current website provider.
