From the 6th January 2020, we will be operating new office hours for Short Term Car Leasing Ltd and these will be as follows:
- Monday – 9.00 – 16.30
- Tuesday – 9.00 – 16.30
- Wednesday – 9.00 – 16.30
- Thursday – 9.00 – 16.30
- Friday – 9.00 – 16.00
- Saturday/Sunday – Closed
Our telephone lines will operate an out of hours service which will allow access to breakdown assistance and an answering service operated by Answer4U.
For more information, please do not hesitate in getting in touch but we have provided a list of FAQ’s should you need these.
If you require breakdown assistance, then you can still call the number of 0330 330 9425 and select the breakdown assistance menu. Alternatively, we provide a booklet and a card in the vehicle with the relevant breakdown assistance telephone number.
No, unfortunaltey we do not open at the weekend as demand for short term car leases is low. All enquiries will be answered within working hours but you are more than welcome to use the answering service or send a message by the website.
