Rhys Adams

Rhys has had a varied background, working in retail when he first left school as an apprentice for Shoe Express. He did a couple of jobs after this working his way up to General Store Manager for Party PLC. After a side switch to retail car sales for Renault, he felt he didn’t quite have the knack for selling but his manager saw potential in him and pushed him into marketing. He eventually left a large motor group to start Cocoon Vehicles, initially from his bedroom before moving on to Pride Park in Derby. His main roles are the websites and marketing, but has a lot of input into the accounts side. He is currently doing his AAT. In his spare time Rhys likes to travel to various places with his wife. His hobbies include graphic design, photography and reading. He is currently driving the Golf GTE Hybrid although he has had a long list of vehicles including an Audi S4, Porsche 924 S, Mercedes 280CE Pillarless Coupe and a Jensen Healey.
